Senior Financial & Business Analyst - Consumer Products

This role invites you to join us in leading the transformation of our Out Loud Audio (OLA) categories, including Soundbars, Home Speakers, and Portable Speakers. Responsibilities Strategic Business Partnership Serve as the primary finance partner to the OLA Category Leader and member of the cross‑functional Category Leadership Team, influencing strategy, product roadmaps, pricing, and investment priorities. Partner with Product Management, Engineering, Marketing, Sales, Supply Chain, and Operations to translate business strategy into financial plans, performance targets, and actionable recommendations. Financial Planning & Performance Management Lead annual operating plans, long‑range planning, quarterly forecasts, and monthly business reviews. Develop financial models to evaluate product investments, pricing strategies, product mix, and business opportunities. Monitor key performance indicators, identify risks and opportunities, and provide proactive recommendations to improve revenue, margin growth, profitability, and return on investment. Business Insights & Decision Support Analyze category, product, and portfolio performance to identify trends and opportunities. Build compelling business cases for new product investments, roadmap decisions, and resource allocation. Translate complex financial analysis into clear, concise recommendations for finance and non‑finance audiences, and develop dashboards and visualizations that enable quick decision making. Continuous Improvement & Modern Finance Identify opportunities to simplify, automate, and improve finance processes and reporting. Leverage modern financial systems, data tools, AI, and automation to enhance forecasting accuracy and business insights. Champion continuous improvement, adopt new technologies, and support the evolution of Finance & Business Navigation. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business, or a related field. 3+ years of experience in Finance, Strategy, Consulting, or Business Analysis within consumer products, consumer technology, or related industries. Experience partnering with cross‑functional business teams to influence decisions through financial analysis. Strong financial modeling, forecasting, and analytical skills. Advanced proficiency with Excel and experience with financial planning and reporting systems. Experience creating executive‑ready presentations and communicating financial insights through effective data visualization and storytelling. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities and thrive in a dynamic, fast‑paced environment. Experience supporting consumer hardware or consumer electronics businesses. Experience with Power BI, Tableau, Power Query, SQL, or similar analytics and visualization tools. Familiarity with AI‑enabled productivity tools and an interest in applying emerging technologies to modernize finance processes. Experience with enterprise planning systems such as SAP, Oracle, Anaplan, Hyperion, or similar platforms. MBA or advanced degree is a plus.
