Lead Dermatologist
A premier, top-ranked Dermatology and Plastic Surgery group in Arizona is expanding its operations and seeking a highly motivated and skilled Lead Dermatologist for a brand-new, state-of-the-art facility. This is an exceptional opportunity to join a collegial and dynamic team at the ground floor of a new venture in a rapidly growing region.
Position Title - Lead Dermatologist
Location - Verrado, AZ (brand new facility)
Start Date - Anticipated July 2026
Employment Type - Full-Time
About the Group
We are a full-service dermatology and plastic surgery practice renowned for delivering exceptional patient care and cutting-edge treatments. With various established locations across Phoenix, Surprise, and Buckeye, we are opening our newest, state-of-the-art facility in the desirable Verrado community. Our comprehensive service lines include General/Medical Dermatology, Mohs Surgery, Plastic Surgery, and Aesthetics.
The Opportunity
We are looking for a team-oriented Dermatologist to take the lead role in our new Verrado office. This position offers:

Compensation & Benefits
We offer a highly competitive compensation package designed to attract top talent:
- Base Salary: $400,000 - $500,000 (commensurate with experience)
- Bonus Structure: 50% collections
- Work Schedule: Flexible 4 or 5-day work week options
- Benefits: Comprehensive benefits package (details available upon inquiry)
Candidate Requirements
- Board Certified/Board Eligible in Dermatology
- Possess or be eligible for an unrestricted Arizona medical license
- Strong leadership capabilities and a desire to help build a new practice location
- A team player attitude, committed to providing the highest standard of patient care
- Ability to work hard and thrive in a fast-paced, professional environment
