THE SCHEDULE

We're currently looking for Team Members who can consistently work during our  daytime hours.

Availability Needed

• Available 11:00 AM to 2:00 PM at minimum

• 11:00 AM to 5:00 PM availability is preferred

• At least 3 days per week

•  Friday and Saturday availability required

• Minimum 12 hours per week

Please note: This is a year round position and is  not seasonal employment.

PAY & PERKS

Starting Pay: $13 to $15 per hour
Based on experience and availability.

$10 Food Allowance Each Workday

WHAT DOES A SHIFT LOOK LIKE?

Picture yourself walking into a busy lunch shift.

Guests are arriving, your team is moving, and everyone has a role to play. You might be welcoming a family at the front counter, taking an order outside, preparing drinks, running a meal to a guest, keeping the dining room looking great, or jumping in to help a teammate.

It's fast paced, but you're never doing it alone.

You'll learn how to:

• Create genuine, memorable interactions with our guests

• Take and prepare orders quickly and accurately

• Work with urgency while maintaining quality

• Keep your work areas clean, stocked, and organized

• Follow food safety and restaurant procedures

• Communicate and work together as a team

• Notice what needs to be done and jump in to help

Most importantly, you'll learn how to  make people feel cared for.

WHO WE'RE LOOKING FOR

You don't need restaurant experience to be great at this job.  We'll teach you the skills.

Team Members must be 16 years or older and able to stand for extended periods, work indoors and outdoors in varying temperatures, and perform all job duties with or without a reasonable accommodation.
