Job Title: Healthcare Deep Cleaning Technician
Location: Travel through the state of Maryland, as well as out of state travel.
Shift/Schedule: 6pm-2:30am (Monday- Wednesday, Saturday, Sunday) Thursday-Friday are days off
Pay Rate: $20- $24/hourly

We are seeking detail-oriented Medical Cleaning & Sanitation Technicians to join a dedicated environmental services team in North Carolina. In this role, you will play a critical role in maintaining safety and hygiene standards across acute care healthcare settings and specialized clinical environments.Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:
- Sanitization & Disinfection: Perform deep cleaning, sanitizing, and disinfection of acute care facilities, operating rooms, and clinical equipment in strict compliance with safety regulations.
- Medical Equipment Care: Clean, disassemble, reassemble, and perform light mechanical touch-ups on specialized clinical machinery (e.g., OR tables, anesthesia units, boom lights, and heavy floor machines).
- Safety & Compliance: Adhere to strict safety protocols, correct Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) usage, and precise chemical dilution standards.
- Team & Field Operations: Collaborate with dynamic operational teams on-site across the Tri-State area to meet demanding facility timelines. What’s Needed?
- Physical Stamina: Physical strength, stamina, and manual dexterity to handle full shifts, perform deep cleaning, and lift or move heavy equipment.
- Schedule Flexibility: Willingness to work 2nd shift and overnight hours, including weekends as needed. Out of state travel is mandatory!
- Valued Qualifications: Bilingual proficiency (English/Spanish) and a valid Driver’s License are preferred and qualify candidates for higher starting pay tiers.
