Skilled Nursing Facility

Role Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality care to residents in a skilled nursing facility.
• Monitor and assess patient conditions, implementing care plans effectively.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive patient care.
• Assist with daily living activities and rehabilitative services.
• Maintain accurate patient records and documentation.
• Educate residents and families on health management and care plans.

Qualifications

• Current licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN) or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) in the relevant state.
• Previous experience in a skilled nursing setting is preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple responsibilities.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification is required.
