Day Shift/PRN Position

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Answer telephone, page calls, deliver messages to residents,take messages,
• Maintain Daily Census Report.
• Maintain an up to date roster of residents.
Keep copies of forms stocked and make/request copies asnecessary.
• Maintain a daily employee tardy and absentee log.
• Contact employees regarding changes in work schedule uponrequest by nursing supervision.
• Assist in finding a replacement for an employee in theevent of an absentee employee.
• Maintain a professional attitude with staff, residents,family and visitors.
• Monitor doors for entry/exit of visitors and residents.
• Answer resident call bell system.
• Document appropriately resident Leave of Absenceforms.
• Any other duties and responsibilities as requested byimmediate supervisor.
• Every other weekend required
