Overview Reefer and dry van trailers hauling 100% no-touch freight. 10-12 loads per week with multiple stop-offs. Nighttime schedule. Drive within KY, NC, TN, VA and WV. Pay and bonus potential Mileage pay, plus hourly pay while on duty, not driving. Earn at least $1,000 in weekly guarantee pay during your first90 daysat Schneider. Weekly performance pay. $7,500 sign-on bonus paid over 12 monthly payments in your first year for experienced drivers. $5,000 sign-on bonus paid over 12 monthly payments in your first year for inexperienced drivers. Paid orientation. Paid time off after 6 months, plus 6 days of holiday pay per year. Annual bonus: Earn up to 2% of annual gross pay each year.
