Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Occupational Therapist to join our inpatient rehabilitation team. The Occupational Therapist will work with patients recovering from various conditions including neurological injuries, strokes, spinal cord injuries, amputations, and orthopedic injuries. Our goal is to maximize the health, function, and quality of life of those we serve through individualized rehabilitation programs.

Responsibilities

• Conduct evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans for patients.
• Implement therapeutic interventions to enhance patient recovery and independence.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to provide comprehensive care.
• Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary.
• Educate patients and families regarding treatment options and home exercises.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Licensed Occupational Therapist for an accredited university and program.
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in inpatient rehabilitation settings preferred.
