Job Summary The Chain Account Manager I is responsible for generating growth, developing business relationships, and executing strategic objectives with FS Multi‑Unit Chain Operators. The role includes meeting all assigned financial goals and objectives for Lamb Weston. Key Responsibilities Balance volume, NSP, and Net Sales to achieve positive financial results for the business portfolio. Develop strategic partnerships by creating and executing Joint Business Plans incorporating industry trends, category insights, product innovation, and solution‑based ideas. Manage contract negotiations with Multi‑Unit Operators in collaboration with the Sales Director. Build and maintain relationships with internal and external cross‑functional leaders to support a 360° business portfolio. Deliver fact‑based presentations on Lamb Weston’s value proposition. Manage forecasts and inventory levels by account, distribution partner, and SKU. Work independently with general direction from the Sales Director regarding objectives and priorities. Identify and pursue new and emerging Multi‑Unit Chain Account opportunities. Perform periodic travel (up to 50%) to meet with key accounts and evaluate products. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Sales, Business Management, or a related field (preferred). Minimum 4 years of sales experience, preferably in foodservice. Demonstrated experience managing Multi‑Unit Chain Accounts. Strategic thinker with a proven ability to devise creative, value‑based solutions for customers. Strong negotiation skills with analytical detail orientation. Excellent communication, listening, and presentation abilities. Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Valid driver’s license and compliance with Lamb Weston driving standards. Physical Requirements Ability to sit for long periods and use hands for typing, writing, and operating a computer. Capability to lift up to 40 pounds, stand, walk, bend, squat, and twist frequently. Potential to sample food while evaluating products. Benefits Health, Dental, and Vision Insurance.
