Industrial Maintenance Mechanic – Day Shift

Location: North Temple, TX area
Employment Type: Full-Time
Pay:  $25.00–$30.00/hour DOE
Shift: Day Shift

Position Overview

Crouch Staffing is seeking an  experienced Industrial Maintenance Mechanic for a full-time day shift opportunity in the  North Temple, TX area .

This position is ideal for a skilled maintenance professional with hands-on experience troubleshooting, repairing, and maintaining industrial equipment and machinery. Candidates must have previous experience working with  electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems in a manufacturing or industrial environment.

Job Responsibilities

• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on industrial machinery and equipment
• Troubleshoot and repair  electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems
• Diagnose mechanical and equipment failures and determine appropriate repairs
• Perform routine inspections to identify potential equipment issues
• Repair or replace motors, pumps, valves, bearings, belts, sensors, and other mechanical components as needed
• Assist with equipment installations, adjustments, and upgrades
• Perform preventive maintenance according to established schedules
• Respond to equipment breakdowns and help minimize production downtime
• Use hand tools, power tools, meters, and diagnostic equipment safely and effectively
• Maintain accurate maintenance and repair records as required
• Follow all company safety procedures and lockout/tagout requirements
• Maintain a clean and organized maintenance/work area
• Perform other maintenance-related duties as assigned

Requirements

• Previous industrial maintenance experience required
• Hands-on experience troubleshooting and repairing:
  • Electrical systems
  • Hydraulic systems
  • Pneumatic systems
• Strong mechanical troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
• Experience maintaining industrial or manufacturing equipment
• Ability to diagnose equipment problems and perform repairs efficiently
• Ability to safely operate hand and power tools
• Strong attention to detail and safety
• Dependable attendance and ability to work independently as well as part of a team
• Comfortable working in an industrial/manufacturing environment

Compensation

$25.00–$30.00/hour, depending on experience

Pay will be based on the candidate's industrial maintenance background, technical skill level, troubleshooting abilities, and overall experience.
