Let's get in touch.What You'll Be DoingLeading the development and evolution of documentation, design systems, and brand guidelines, ensuring consistent adoption across teams and touchpointsCreating and reviewing high-quality visual assets and motion designs that bring the brand to life across channels, setting the visual benchmark for the wider Design teamPartnering with Product, Marketing, and cross-functional stakeholders to define creative solutions that support business and project goals, acting as a key creative partner in decision-makingDirecting the creation of design references, mood boards, scamps, storyboards, and animatics to communicate concepts and creative intentOwning projects, from concept through delivery, taking responsibility for quality, consistency, and alignment at every stage of the processManaging multiple priorities and deadlines across parallel workstreams, ensuring the team delivers on time while maintaining a high standard of executionProviding creative leadership, feedback, and mentorship to other designers and collaborators, elevating their craft and helping turn great work into exceptional workActing as a guardian of the visual identity, ensuring assets reflect brand standards while continuously looking for opportunities to push creativity and innovationWhat You'll Need8+ years of experience as a graphic or brand designer, ideally in fast-moving, brand-led environments, with experience leading or supervising design workA solid track record of building and evolving brand systems across campaigns, products, or businesses, including ownership of key visual directionsA standout portfolio showing strategic thinking, creativity, and polished execution across visual design, motion, editorial, digital, and social formatsExamples of work where you led or directed other creativesExpertise in Adobe Creative Cloud and prototyping tools, such as Figma, with the ability to define efficient workflows and standards for the teamExperience leading design projects independently, with the ability to mentor and coordinate other designers and motion specialistsGreat judgement and confidence to influence stakeholders, articulate design rationale, and guide creative direction at a senior levelExcellent communication skillsCompensation RangeKrakow: PLN21,100 - PLN31,900 gross monthly*Poland: PLN21,100 - PLN31,900 gross monthly*Other locations: Compensation will be discussed during the interview process*Final compensation will be determined based on the candidate's qualifications, skills, and previous experienceBuilding a global financial super app isn't enough.
