Our client, a growing water utility is seeking a Senior Civil Engineer to join its team. This is a strong opportunity for an experienced water/wastewater engineer who wants broader exposure to utility planning, infrastructure development, and long-term leadership opportunities.
What You’ll Do:
- Review water/wastewater infrastructure plans and support development projects.
- Partner with engineering, planning, and field teams on system capacity and future infrastructure needs.
- Coordinate with consultants, contractors, developers, and regulatory agencies.
- Help improve engineering standards, processes, and long-term utility planning.
What You'll Need:
- 7+ years of civil engineering experience, including water/wastewater design and permitting.
- Professional Engineer (PE) license ; Arizona registration or ability to obtain.
- Strong knowledge of water/wastewater utility engineering and infrastructure.
- Experience with utility planning, system modeling, GIS, or development projects is a plus.
