Accelera Staffing
Evaluate finished goods and machined components to verify they meet quality and precision standards. Utilize specialized measurement tools like gauges, micrometers, calipers, and coordinate measuring devices to ensure accuracy. Execute comprehensive checks including first-piece, in-process, and final inspection stages. Analyze engineering drawings, blueprints, and technical specifications to guide inspection processes. Document all findings and keep detailed quality records to support production traceability. Detect production anomalies, material defects, and non-conforming items to prevent quality escapes. Collaborate on root cause investigations to implement effective corrective measures. Uphold strict adherence to ISO protocols, internal procedures, and specific client requirements. Partner with CNC programmers, supervisors, and machine operators to address and resolve quality-related challenges. Perform systematic audits of both finished items and ongoing production workflows. Track quality patterns to suggest enhancements that improve overall process efficiency. Help maintain a clean, organized, and safe working environment for the entire team.
