Manufacturing & Production Operators

Location: Somerset, WI

We are hiring dependable Manufacturing & Production Operators to support multiple areas of our operation, including assembly, silicone machine operation, plastic injection molding, and focused factory production . This is a great opportunity for individuals who enjoy hands-on work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Available Positions Include:

Assembly Operator
Silicone Machine Operator
Plastic Injection Machine Operator
Factory / Production Operator

(Placement is based on experience, skills, and business needs.)

Shift Options & Pay:

1st Shift: Monday–Friday | 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM | $17.00/hour
2nd Shift: Monday–Friday | 2:00 PM – 10:30 PM | $20.00/hour
3rd Shift: Sunday–Thursday | 10:00 PM – 6:30 AM | $22.00/hour
Weekend AM: Friday-Sunday | 6:00 AM - 6:30 PM | $18.89/hour
Weekend PM: Friday-Sunday | 6:00 PM - 6:30 AM | $19.89/hour

Key Responsibilities:

Operate and monitor manufacturing equipment safely and efficiently
Assemble, inspect, and package products according to specifications
Perform basic machine setup, operation, and troubleshooting
Follow production schedules, work instructions, and quality standards

Qualifications:

Manufacturing or production experience preferred, but not required
Ability to stand for long periods and perform repetitive tasks
Basic mechanical aptitude and attention to detail
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
