Job Description
Spectrum Healthcare Services is seeking a Nurse Practitioner in downtown Dallas, TX.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

Provides primary care and urgent care services to employees of a business.
Orders, interprets, and evaluates diagnostic tests to identify and assess patients' clinical problems and health care needs.
Recordsphysical findings, and formulates plan and prognosis, based onpatients' condition. Provides written home-going instructions.
Collaborates with Physicians and other health professionals to prepare comprehensive patient care plan as necessary.
Prescribes or recommends medications or other forms of treatment.
Refers patients to Physician for consultation or to specialized health resources for treatment.
Maintains electronic medical records.

Position Details

Setting: Employer-based wellness care
Job Type: Temporary
Duration: Approx 20 weeks
Shift: Monday-Friday, 9:00 AM-3:00 PM
Weekly Hours: 30
Pay Rate: $63.00-$65.00/hour

Requirements

At least 3 years of experience as a Nurse Practitioner in primary care or family medicine
Prior primary care and urgent care experience preferred
DEA required
BLS required
Must be comfortable working autonomously (limited ancillary staff support) using EBG in managing patients
