We represent clients throughout the state of California that have been wronged by others. *POSITION DESCRIPTION* We are seeking a *Litigation Paralegal* with *experience in Plaintiff Personal Injury* to join our team in *Beverly Hills*. The ideal candidate is proactive, detail-oriented, and experienced in supporting attorneys through all phases of litigation. *POSITION REQUIREMENTS* * Draft correspondence, legal notices, and pleadings (summons, complaints, motions, trial documents)* Propound and respond to written discovery
* Coordinate service of process and track proofs of service
* Maintain and manage attorney calendars and court deadlines
* Schedule depositions, hearings, and court appearances
* Prepare and finalize subpoenas and deposition notices
* Organize and manage trial documents, including exhibit lists and trial briefs
* Review mail and ensure all deadlines and filings are properly tracked * *Requirements* * *2+ year of experience* as a Paralegal or Legal Secretary in *Plaintiff Personal Injury*
* Strong understanding of *California litigation procedure*
* Experience with *calendaring*, court filings, and discovery
* Detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple deadlines
* Must be able to *work on-site in Beverly Hills, CA* Job Type: Full-time Pay: From $35.00 per hour Benefits:
