Dietary Aide

Now hiring Aides to join the dietary team at an assisted living facility located in Waterville, OH . The aide p erforms a variety of routine tasks and operations to prepare and cook food items as assigned for meal service. Must be able to follow standard practices and procedures in compliance with regulatory agency/health department requirements and HACCP standards.


Full-time: 6:30AM-3:00PM (32 hours a week)

• Review menu and assembles food supplies and equipment for daily production.
• Follow recipes and Comtrak production sheets to complete preparation of assigned menu items.
• Bake, roast, broil and steam meat , fish, vegetables, and other foods, adjusting thermostat controls to regulate temperatures of equipment in accordance with recipe and standards.
• Utilize all kitchen equipment including kettles, ovens, deep fryers, pressure steamers, etc.
• Follow proper HACCP cooling and cleaning procedures.
• Rotate all food items for freshness, label and date items for storage.
• All cleaning duties as seen needed or directed
• Attend department and facility in services as required
• All other duties as assigned
