Compensation Range: $85-95/hour W2

Job Description: 

This PMO is supporting the build-out of the company's foundational AI platform. This role sits at the intersection of program management and product management — the ideal candidate has experience on both sides and can help define how the team manages products while partnering closely with program managers to fold that work into the broader roadmap.

Job Summary: 

• Oversee programs spanning cloud, platform, and data engineering initiatives supporting the company's AI platform build-out
• Manage and coordinate across highly technical products and platforms, including AWS, Claude, Fivetran, and Text QL
• Partner with systems and data engineering teams working in Snowflake, Sigma, and Tableau
• Support data governance efforts, including evaluation of tooling (Atlassian tooling currently being assessed)
• Coordinate with site reliability and platform engineering functions using Datadog and Grafana, including infrastructure-level and network management platform work
• Drive process, automation, and streamlining across programs — this is a hands-on role, not a coordination-only function
• Manage day-to-day work in Jira and SmartSheets

Required Qualifications: 

• Strong, organized, articulate, and presentable communicator — comfortable operating with technical and executive audiences alike
• Working knowledge of cloud and platform fundamentals; familiarity with AI platform terminology is a strong head start (does not need to have hands-on depth in every tool listed above — the breadth of exposure matters more than mastery of each one)
• Proven experience owning both programs and direct projects — not purely a "conductor " role; must be willing to roll up sleeves and do the work
• Background spanning data, developer, and cloud-related environments
• Process-oriented with a track record of automating and streamlining program operations
• Executive presence
• Experience in large, corporate, matrixed environments
• Proactive self-starter
