Responsibilities include:Preparing food, including baking fresh bread and cookiesMaking sandwiches to each guest's specificationsProviding friendly, efficient guest serviceOperating the cash register and handling transactionsMaintaining a clean, organized, and safe restaurantAssisting with opening, closing, and leading the team during your shiftAssistant Manager ResponsibilitiesAs an Assistant Manager, you'll work alongside the Restaurant Manager to ensure the restaurant operates smoothly each day.
