HCLTech is seeking an IT Field Services & Onsite Support Technician to provide hands-on technical support at client locations. This role combines onsite and remote support to ensure reliable IT operations with a strong customer focus. You will install, configure, image, and support Windows and macOS, troubleshoot hardware, software, printers, networks, and AV, and coordinate with internal teams and vendors.
