As our Customer Service Associate, your day begins with a smile as you dive into a variety of tasks designed to keep our clients delighted and our schedule full. You'll be at the heart of our operation, engaging with customers via email, text, and phone, ensuring they receive top-notch service. You'll manage our scheduling system, handle basic office duties, and use your knowledge of our services to educate and assist clients. Your ability to stay upbeat and professional will make you the go-to person for resolving queries and ensuring smooth interactions.
