A well-established, multi-office law firm in Southern California is seeking a Family Law Associate Attorney for its Los Angeles office. This role offers the opportunity to take ownership of a full caseload while continuing to build litigation experience through direct client interaction, case strategy development, and regular court involvement in a structured, in-office environment.

Core Responsibilities
Handle a full caseload (approximately 40 active matters) from intake to resolution
Conduct consultations and convert prospective clients
Draft pleadings, motions, and legal documents
Manage discovery and negotiations
Represent clients in court and litigation proceedings
Work on matters involving divorce, custody, adoption, spousal support, and domestic violence

Candidate Requirements
Minimum 3+ years of Family Law or Civil Litigation experience (1+ year considered)
Experience with depositions and court appearances preferred
Strong written and oral advocacy skills
Commitment to managing a full caseload

Compensation Structure
Base salary range: $100,000 – $150,000
Structured bonus program
