Aerie - Stock Associate - Early Morning (Off-Hours)

Job Description As a part‑time stock brand ambassador, you keep product moving from the Stockroom to the Salesfloor through shipment processing, replenishment, markdowns, and merchandising. You have a passion for AEO Brand Standards, an eye for merchandising, and a keen attention to detail. Even though the Stockroom is your workplace, you flex your skills to support your teammates and guests on the Salesfloor as needed. Most importantly, you represent AEO values and bring your authentic self to work every day. Responsibilities You keep product moving through effective and timely shipment processing, replenishment, markdowns, and merchandising. You maintain the Stockroom by ensuring merchandise, visual props, marketing materials, and fixtures stay organized. When you spot a merchandising opportunity you inform store leadership, develop a plan, and take action to correct it. You support teammates by stepping in to complete non‑stock‑related tasks or assist guests. You prioritize safety and follow Asset Protection standards and all AEO policies and procedures. Qualifications You love AE and Aerie products. You are highly organized, detail‑oriented, and skilled in priority setting and time management. You have flexible availability to get product moving early in the morning, late in the evening, and on weekends. You have prior experience in a stock‑related role.
