Required Skills:

• Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering or a related field
• PE License (EIT/ET preferred, with ability to obtain PE)
• Minimum of 6 years of mechanical engineering experience, with expertise in at least two of the following: equipment design, pressure and rotating process equipment, ASME Pressure Vessel Design, industrial ventilation, materials handling systems, stress and flow analysis, FEA or CFD, welding and metallurgy, or water treatment
• Proficiency in developing complex designs within a 3D environment using AutoCAD/Plant3D, SolidWorks, Revit, Inventor, or NavisWorks
• Experience in project execution as a Project Engineer or Design Team Leader (minimum 2 years)
• Strong skills in Microsoft Office Suite for engineering, scheduling, budgeting, and reporting

Nice to Have Skills:

• Advanced mechanical evaluation skills with FEA or CFD tools
• Experience with environmental pollution controls, material handling system specifications, or water treatment projects
• Excellent communication and mentorship abilities

Preferred Education and Experience:

• Master's degree in Engineering or Business is preferred
• Additional professional certifications or registrations are a plus

Other Requirements:

• Willingness to occasionally travel to client sites or other company locations
• Ability to work overtime as needed, including weekdays, weekends, or holidays
• Ability to physically perform essential duties, including standing, walking, and visual tasks; accommodations available for disabilities
