Critical Care Float Pool Registered Nurse (RN)

Join our Critical Care Float Pool, offering night shifts with flexibility to meet unit needs as they arise. As a critical care nurse, you will float to a variety of Intensive Care Units (ICUs) based on staffing requirements and patient acuity, including:

• Neuro ICU
• Surgical ICUs
• Medical ICUs (MICU x2)
• Cardiology/Diagnostics
• CVICU
• SICU / MICU / NCCU

Nurses are required to float within units of equivalent or lower acuity.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 2 years of ICU experience.
• BLS, ACLS, and NIHSS certifications are required.
• Proficiency in EPIC electronic health records is required.
• Experience with:
• IV starts
• Telemetry
• Ventilator management
• Previous travel nursing experience is strongly preferred.

Parking Information:

• WMC: 24/7 access to designated garage.
• WB: Access to various garages on weekends and holidays.
• CXS: Access to additional garages on weekends and holidays.

Prorated refunds may be available for unused future months on annual permits. Current and prior months are not refundable. Cancellations must be processed by 6:30 p.m. on the last business day of the month to avoid additional charges. Refund checks may take 35 weeks to process.
