Molly McGill State Farm is a leading insurance agency dedicated to providing exceptional service to our customers. We are currently seeking a dynamic individual to join our team as a Receptionist.

ROLE DESCRIPTION:
As a Receptionist, you will be responsible for generating new business by identifying, contacting, and building relationships with potential customers. You will need to be a proactive self-starter with excellent communication and sales skills. Your primary goal will be to understand the insurance needs of prospective customers and provide tailored solutions to meet those needs.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Provide information about insurance products and services.
• Assist customers with policy applications
• Engage in conversations with prospective and existing customers, identifying opportunities to offer insurance options.
• Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through networking, referrals, and lead follow-ups.
• Conduct thorough needs assessments and present suitable insurance solutions to prospective customers.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure satisfaction and retention.
• Achieve and exceed sales targets and performance metrics.
• Stay informed about industry trends, products, and services to provide knowledgeable guidance to clients.
• Collaborate with the team to develop effective sales strategies and marketing initiatives.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proven experience in sales
• Detail-oriented and able to multitask.
• Experience in sales preferred.
• Self-motivated with a strong drive to achieve and exceed targets.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Knowledge of insurance products and regulations is a plus.
• Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite. 
• High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor’s degree in business or related field preferred.
• Ability to obtain Property & Casualty insurance licenses
