Role Description MAGNET is expanding its Operational Excellence partner network. You must live in Greater Cleveland, Ohio. We are looking to connect with experienced practitioners who know how to help manufacturers and related industrial organizations solve real operational problems. This is not traditional advisory work. MAGNET works side by side with clients to implement practical improvements that improve throughput, reduce cost, strengthen quality, improve flow, and build more capable teams. As a mission-driven, not-for-profit manufacturing and industrial consulting organization, MAGNET works closely with companies across Northeast Ohio to solve practical operational challenges and support measurable improvement. We are especially interested in connecting with independent consultants, subcontractors, and implementation partners with experience in: Lean and continuous improvement implementation Process and workflow optimization Throughput, capacity, and productivity improvement Plant layout and material flow Quality systems and structured problem solving Inventory, scheduling, and ERP workflow improvement Workforce productivity, training, and skills development The right partners for MAGNET are comfortable in real operating environments, work well with frontline teams and leadership, operate effectively within a structured project environment, and know how to turn improvement ideas into measurable results.
