Job Duties and Responsibilities What You'll Do

• Consultative Selling: Engage directly with inbound callers to uncover their connectivity needs and deliver top-down sales solutions across our TV, internet, and wireless product suite.
• Objection Handling & Resilience: Confidently navigate customer hesitations, overcome multiple sales objections, and position the long-term value of Starlink and EchoStar products.
• Metric Ownership: Driven by a desire to Win , you’ll track daily key performance metrics, bounce back quickly from tough calls, and continuously refine your pitch.
• Integrity & Excellence: Build trust with every caller by operating with complete transparency, bringing our values of Curiosity and Pride to every interaction.

Skills, Experience and Requirements What You Bring

• Financial Ambition & Drive: You are fiercely money-motivated and energized by the opportunity to maximize an uncapped commission structure.
• Grit and Resilience: You possess a competitive spirit and the internal stamina to view a "no" as just another step toward a "yes," bouncing back quickly after a tough call.
• Persuasive Communication: You can drill down into what a customer actually needs and paint a compelling picture of product value using top-down selling techniques.
• Professional Flexibility: You hold a high school diploma or GED equivalent and are willing to work a full-time schedule that may include evenings, weekends, or holidays.
• Open to All Backgrounds: Prior call center or sales experience is a great bonus, but it is not required . We provide comprehensive paid training to set you up for success. Training time is compensated at your regular hourly base pay rate.

Compensation, Perks & Career Pathing

• Guaranteed Base Pay: $20.50/hour base pay with uncapped commission.
• Estimated On-Target Earnings (OTE): $70,000/year, with top performers consistently earning $100,000+.
• Fast-Track Promotion Plan: Rapid internal progression built right into your first year. Performance-based milestones provide you with the opportunity to move up two title levels within 12 months, raising your base hourly pay:
• Level 1 (Associate Account Executive): $20.50/hr
• Level 2 (Account Executive): $22.00/hr
• Level 3 (Senior Account Executive): $23.00/hr
