Chief Relationship Officer

Horizon Federal Credit Union has an exceptional opportunity for a strategic partner to join its executive leadership team as the Chief Relationship Officer leading all staff members to deliver the ultimate member experience and enthusiastically promoting the Credit Union’s culture and values!

The Chief Relationship Officerwill directly report to the President/Chief Executive Officer and lead retail delivery, consumer and mortgage lending, including business services. The new leader will provide exemplary leadership through influence, communication, goal-setting, employee development, coaching, and mentoring.

The incoming leader will be key in setting the strategic direction for the retail and lending divisions while supporting an innovative digital product approach to create futuristic delivery systems for its members.

A Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university or comparable work experience plus a minimum of ten (10) years of experience in a progressive leadership role within a financial institution is required. Exceptional verbal and written communication abilities with demonstrated enthusiasm to build teams through motivational leadership.
