Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Licensed Optician at Warby Parker's Dedham, MA location. The Licensed Optician will work closely with customers, providing expertise and personalized service to help them select eyewear and understand their prescriptions. Responsibilities include accurately performing fittings, adjustments, and repairs, supporting optometrists in conducting eye exams or addressing vision needs, maintaining compliance with optical standards, and ensuring an exceptional customer experience with every visit. Qualifications Proficiency in optics, including lens fitting and frame adjustments Familiarity with optometry practices and basic understanding of eye health and vision exams Commitment to delivering outstanding customer service and ensuring customer satisfaction Active state license as an optician required Strong interpersonal and communication skills Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment Attention to detail and ability to maintain high standards of optical compliance Experience in retail or sales is a plus Familiarity with eyewear trends and a passion for helping customers find their perfect pair #J-18808-Ljbffr Warby Parker
