Associate Dentist
We are a thriving, multi-location dental practice dedicated to providing exceptional patient care to the communities we serve. Our team values collaboration, clinical excellence, and continuous growth. We are currently seeking an enthusiastic and driven Associate Dentist to join our growing family.
We are looking for a motivated Associate Dentist who is eager to learn, grow, and build a long-term career with us. This opportunity is ideal for both recent graduates seeking mentorship and experienced clinicians looking for a supportive, growth-oriented practice environment. A strong commitment to patient care and clinical excellence is essential.
Daily guarantee (first 90 days): $650-$900 (DOE) After 90 days: 30% of collections Mentorship and career advancement opportunities Hands-on mentorship from senior doctors for advanced procedures, including: Surgical and wisdom tooth extractions Implants Root canals Conscious IV sedation Access to a large and diverse patient base Advanced technology, including CBCT imaging In house Dental Benefits Health Insurance Life Insurance Vision Insurance
DDS or DMD degree from an accredited dental program Strong desire for personal and professional growth Resilient mindset with a commitment to clinical excellence Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
