Competitive pay Monthly & quarterly bonus opportunities Apartment rent discount Annual performance raises 120 hours PTO to start (160 hours after 5 years) Paid holidays Medical, dental & vision insurance Company-paid life insurance 401(k) with company match Long-term career growth with a stable, growing company What You'll Do Lead all maintenance operations for the apartment community Supervise, coach, and support the maintenance team Oversee service requests, preventative maintenance, and apartment turns Troubleshoot and repair HVAC systems and other building components Maintain community buildings, grounds, and amenities Coordinate outside vendors and contractors Ensure compliance with OSHA, EPA, and Fair Housing standards Participate in the rotating emergency on-call schedule What We're Looking For 2+ years of apartment maintenance supervisor experience required EPA Type II or Universal Certification required High school diploma or GED Strong HVAC troubleshooting and repair skills Experience with plumbing, electrical, appliance repair, carpentry, and general maintenance Strong leadership, organizational, and customer service skills Ability to prioritize multiple projects in a fast-paced environment Ready to take the next step in your multifamily maintenance career? #J-18808-Ljbffr Brookside Properties, Inc.
