Job Title: Operating Room Registered Nurse Profession: Registered Nurse Specialty: Operating Room Duration: 13 weeks Shift: Day Hours per Shift: 12 Experience: Minimum of 2 years in operating room experience, including General, Ortho, Neuro, Trauma, and ENT. Pediatric experience preferred. License: Active nursing license required Certifications: ACLS, BLS, NIHSS, PALS Must-Have: - Previous charge experience - Experience with the Cerner charting system is preferred Description: We are seeking an Operating Room Registered Nurse for a 13-week assignment. This position involves 12-hour shifts. Candidates must be flexible with shift rotations and on-call responsibilities. Experience in General, Ortho, Neuro, Trauma, and ENT surgeries is required. Pediatric surgical experience is preferred. Candidates need to have a minimum of 2 years of relevant experience. Certifications in ACLS, BLS, NIHSS, and PALS are mandatory. This role requires the ability to work collaboratively with the surgical team. Involvement in a wide range of surgical procedures is expected. Candidates should demonstrate strong clinical skills and critical thinking. Adherence to infection control and safety protocols is essential.
