Senior Civil Engineer

Role Summary:
Seeking a Senior Civil Engineer with 10+ years of experience in civil engineering, municipal engineering, and land development, responsible for design, permitting, project management, inspections, and technical support for residential and commercial projects.

Key Responsibilities:

Civil/site design and land development
Grading, drainage, and stormwater design
Erosion & sedimentation (E&S) control
Utility design and coordination
Zoning and permitting
Construction inspections and site observations
Preparation of technical reports
Construction/project management
Coordination with municipalities, clients, and contractors
Evaluation of existing buildings and infrastructure
Cost and construction estimating

Required Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Civil or Environmental Engineering
Active P.E. license
10+ years of relevant civil/land development experience
Residential and commercial project experience
Strong project management and communication skills
Experience with Civil 3D, AutoCAD, HydroCAD, or similar software

Preferred Experience:

Municipal engineering
Local land-development regulations and permitting
Cost estimating
Construction estimating
Capital reserve studies
