Mitigation ManagerWe're looking for a Mitigation Manager to join our team!Competitive annual salary with departmental commission incentives paid out quarterlyMedical, Dental, Vision, Life, Short-Term Disability, and Various Supplemental Policies401K Retirement Plans with Employer MatchAccrued annual Vacation and Sick TimeSupplied company vehicle, computer, cellphone, and anything else needed to do the jobRegular Certifications and Trainings offered to advance knowledge and skills in your professionPosition located in Austin, TXThe Company: Guarantee Restoration Services (GRS) is an established and growing company that is known for restoring homes and businesses that were damaged from traumatic events such as a hurricane, fire, water leak, mold, etc.Our dedicated team of professionals work hard to be available and offer restoration services 24/7We believe in serving our community members by providing relief during a time when they need it mostWhat you'll be responsible for as a Mitigation Manager:Oversee and lead the Mitigation division comprised of Project Managers, Team Coordinators, and TechniciansMeet or exceed departmental quality targets and improve customer experienceBe a leader through continuous process improvements, implementation of state-of-the-art technology, and business strategiesMaintain a strong and skilled mitigation team by equipping them with tools/resources, supplying service divisions, and identifying team staffing needsPartner with Project Managers to schedule laborers and on-site visits, work through mitigation project problems, and ensure team has support needed to succeedTrain mitigation staff to meet division targets for quality, profitability, and customer satisfactionDevelop staff to grow, meet career goals, and prepare them for higher level positions within the companySchedule jobs, maintain efficiency, and maintain the timely flow of mitigation reporting from field operations to administrationPerform mitigation and remediation work as needed, prepare job contracts, and review job costing on completed workWhat you need to have:Must be able to work Monday to Friday including an on-call rotationHigh School Diploma/GED required, higher education preferred5+ years of mitigation experience2+ years of experience leading a teamExperience with Mitigation and Remediation projects - Water, Fire, MoldKnowledge of insurance restoration preferredIICRC or other Restoration Certifications highly preferred - WRT, FSRT, AMRT, ASD, OCT, CPT, HST, TCST, CCT, UFT, CRTExcellent relationship building/maintenance skillsKnowledge of restoration processes and proceduresAbility to multi-task, work under pressure and meet deadlinesMust have and maintain a valid driver's license as driving for business is requiredMust be reliable, dependable and drug-freeHiring Process (you will be contacted directly regarding steps 2-4):Step 1: Submit Guarantee Restoration application form and/or resumeStep 2: Phone interviewStep 3: Candidate assessmentsStep 4: Office interview/Meet with the teamPost offer drug screen and background check required
