Join us and help shape thriving communities from the ground up!What you'll do:Lead successful new property launches, making sure teams are prepared and everything is ready for opening dayCoordinate acquisitions, dispositions, and refinancing by managing operational handoffs and timelinesPartner with development teams to ensure smooth construction turnoversOversee marketing contracts and website audits to build strong digital brands before launchConduct market research to help set competitive pricing strategiesManage utility setup, floor plans, and coordinate regular launch calls as opening day approachesLead and organize due diligence activities for property sales and transitionsSupport onboarding and training for new hires, focusing on operational and marketing excellenceKeep our internal committees engaged and productiveProvide critical support where it matters most—whether that's pre-leasing, hiring, or owner acceptance trainingPlay a pivotal role in our company's growth and successWork closely with passionate teams who share your commitment to excellenceSee your work directly impact the communities we build and manageEnjoy a fast-paced, varied role where no two days look the sameWhat we're looking for:Experience in property management operations, transitions, or new property setupStrong organizational, project management, and communication skillsA collaborative, solution-focused mindsetA passion for driving operational excellence and team successReady to take the next step?J-18808-Ljbffr
