Full-time · 35 hours per week (flexible schedule) About iCan Dream Center iCan Dream Center (iCDC) is a nonprofit organization dedicated to empowering neurodiverse youth, emerging adults, and their families through trauma-informed, culturally responsive, and research-affirmed programming. We are looking for a passionate, mission-driven Clinical Coordinator to help us continue building innovative clinical services that support our community. About the Role The Clinical Coordinator plays a vital role in developing, implementing, and sustaining high-quality clinical programming for iCDC students, emerging adults, alumni, and their families. This role blends clinical leadership, program development, supervision, and systems management, with a strong emphasis on accurate and timely billing practices. The Clinical Coordinator serves as both a thought partner and operational leader, ensuring services remain responsive, accessible, and aligned with iCDC's mission. Reports to: Executive Director What You’ll Do: Develop and continuously refine clinical programming for emerging adults, alumni, and families Recruit students and participants into clinical programs Design and adapt group offerings to reflect the developmental, emotional, and transitional needs of clients Identify innovative ways to support families navigating services for emerging adults Family & Community Support Support students, alumni, and families in accessing therapeutic and community-based services Assist students and families in connecting to DRS and other post-secondary support services Attend Parent Retreats and provide coaching sessions to parents of eligible elementary students Serve as a clinical resource and advocate for families across programs Clinical Leadership & Supervision Supervise clinicians and interns, with a focus on completion and submission of IM + CAMS Assessments Train new clinical team members on the EMR platform and documentation standards Review clinical notes for accuracy, compliance, and quality, providing coaching to support professional growth Maintain accurate, timely, and compliant billing practices Ensure documentation supports billing requirements and audits Meet or exceed a minimum of 20 billable hours per week Communicate the purpose, scope, and impact of the clinical program to internal and external stakeholders Support outreach efforts that increase awareness of services offered Represent the program professionally to partners, families, and the broader community What We’re Looking For Independent clinical licensure in Illinois (LCSW, LCPC, or equivalent) required Experience supervising clinicians and/or interns Strong knowledge of clinical documentation, EMR systems, and billing compliance Passion for working with neurodiverse youth, emerging adults, and their families Excellent communication, leadership, and relationship-building skills Why Join iCan Dream Center?
