Trinity Health Livingston (Brighton) seeks a part-time Registered Nurse Case Manager to lead discharge planning and coordinate care across the continuum during an acute care episode. The role supports the Brighton campus with a 24-hour weekly schedule and a 6–8 week orientation, 8 a.m. to 5 p.m., Monday through Friday. Requirements include a Michigan nursing license and a BSN; three years of RN direct care and case management experience are expected, with CMSA certification encouraged within #J-18808-Ljbffr Trinity Health
