What Makes You the Right Fit 2-6 years of quality assurance or inspection experience, preferably in the electronics or power industry Bachelor's degree in Electronics or a related technical field is preferred Strong attention to detail and the ability to read and interpret technical documents Familiarity with standard measurement tools and inspection techniques Excellent documentation and communication skills Pay and Perks Good Weekly Pay: Real pay, no delays. Responsibilities Inspect products and materials for defects or deviations from specifications Monitor production processes for quality assurance and compliance Recommend process improvements to enhance product quality and efficiency Use measurement tools such as calipers, micrometers, rulers, and gauges to test and verify product specifications Approve or reject finished products based on quality criteria Maintain accurate inspection records and communicate findings to production and quality teams Staffmark is an equal opportunity employer.
