6-Month Contract (w/ possible extensions) Calculated Hire is seeking an experienced Recruiter to support a global organization at its Exton, PA location. This is a contracted opportunity for someone who enjoys partnering directly with hiring leaders, building strong candidate pipelines, and recruiting across a diverse organization. The ideal candidate has a strong foundation in full-cycle recruiting and sourcing, with experience supporting corporate, manufacturing, consumer products, life sciences, or similarly diverse environments. What You'll Do Partner with hiring managers and business leaders to understand current and upcoming hiring needs Source, screen, and engage qualified candidates across a variety of functions Build pipelines for both active openings and harder-to-fill positions Manage candidates throughout the recruiting lifecycle while providing a strong candidate experience Collaborate with internal talent coordinators and other members of the Talent Acquisition team Maintain consistent communication with hiring managers on candidate pipelines and recruiting progress Utilize LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, Boolean searches, networking, and other sourcing strategies to identify talent What We're Looking For 3+ years of recruiting or Talent Acquisition experience preferred Experience independently managing multiple requisitions and hiring-manager relationships Strong sourcing skills, including experience identifying passive candidates Comfortable recruiting across multiple job functions and skill sets Excellent communication, organization, and stakeholder-management skills Experience in manufacturing, consumer products, beauty, food, nutrition, life sciences, or related industries is a plus Experience with enterprise ATS platforms is preferred Ability to work onsite in Exton, PA two days per week Eight Eleven Group (DBA Calculated Hire) provides equal employment opportunities (EEO) to all employees and applicants for employment without regard to race, color, religion, national origin, age, sex, citizenship, disability, genetic information, gender, sexual orientation, gender identity, marital status, amnesty or status as a covered veteran in accordance with applicable federal, state, and local laws.
