Interventional Radiology Tech – Cath Lab Sign‑on bonus available. Join us northeast of Columbus in Centerburg, OH—a small town close to Columbus offering both small‑town amenities and big‑city services. Location Centerburg, OH Job Type Direct Hire Responsibilities Perform and assist in direct and indirect patient care and procedures under the supervision of the physician during pre‑, intra‑, and post‑procedures. Assist physicians in invasive procedures such as cardiac catheterization, vascular angiograms, stenting, permanent and temporary pacemaker implants, and other procedures. Scrub in for procedures, circulate within procedures, and provide hemodynamic monitoring. Prepare patients and dry the operating field, set up sterile equipment, and position patients and the C‑arm for appropriate views. Assess, reassess, and document patient history information including indications, diagnosis, clinical presentations, vital signs, laboratory results, medications, consent, level of consciousness, and other relevant data. Start and maintain IV access and oxygen administration per orders using sterile technique. Provide post‑procedure and discharge instructions to patients, significant others, or caregivers. Develop and revise action plans for completing procedures, perform glucometer testing, and monitor EKG as required. Manage the procedure site and maintain a sterile field. Operate radiographic equipment to produce angiographic, digital, and other specialized images (ARRT only). Inject and administer prescribed medications under the direct presence and supervision of the physician, including moderate sedation and cardiac medications during cath‑lab procedures or transesophageal echo procedures. Deliver safe interventions in an organized, efficient, and prioritized manner to address identified patient needs. Qualifications Current radiographer license from the State of Ohio Department of Health. Current A.R.R.T. registry as an R.T. Advanced Registry from A.R.R.T. in Cardiovascular (CV), Cardiac Intervention (CI), or Vascular Intervention (VI) preferred. Current American Heart Association (AHA) Healthcare Provider CPR (BLS) required. Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) required within one year. Registered Cardiovascular Invasive Specialist (RCIS) preferred. Hours and Compensation Full‑time day shift 7:30 AM – 5:00 PM. Salary range $38 per hour ($79,040) to $45 per hour ($93,600) depending on experience. Includes full benefits and a $20,000 sign‑on bonus.
