In this role, you’ll serve as the crucial connector between IT and Finance, guiding the evolution of financial systems that fuel smart, data-driven decisions. From fine-tuning SAP FICO solutions to improving enterprise-wide processes, your work will help shape the operational backbone of the organization.

Location: Chicago, IL – O’Hare area

Status: Hybrid role - Enjoy collaboration with your team 3 days a week in office and WFH 2 days a week!

Compensation range: $125,000 - $130,000 yearly with a 10% bonus

What You’ll Be Doing

• Translate business needs into scalable SAP FICO solutions
• Configure SAP GL, AP, AR, Fixed Assets with a deep cross-module understanding
• Lead initiatives through scope, requirements, testing, and deployment
• Ensure production support meets SLAs and drive continuous improvement
• Act as SME and advisor on third-party tool integrations (OpenText, SAP BPC, etc.)

About You

• Be able to do the job as described.
• A degree professional preferred
• Strong SAP FICO configuration skills - ECC required; S4/HANA exposure is a plus
• Understand data structures and integration points between finance and supply chain
• Confident leading 500+ hour projects with multiple stakeholders
• Comfortable influencing without authority and driving consensus
