The Tow Foundation in New Canaan, CT, is seeking a Vice President, Strategy and Impact to join its Senior Leadership Team. The VP will help set organizational strategy, nurture external partnerships, and lead programmatic and communications functions, reporting to the President and collaborating with the Board.

With a track record of driving impact, the Foundation disperses roughly $25M annually across Equity and Justice, Medicine and Public Health, Arts and Culture, Higher Education, and Civic
