The role is to perform specific professional activities within the Global Payroll Team, accurately and on strict deadlines. Responsibilities include: Ensuring accurate and timely salaries payment for all employees. Ensuring accurate and timely off‑cycle payments to employees. Handling and responding to employee queries related to payroll in a timely manner. Ensuring accurate and timely government payments (pension, social, taxes, etc.). Consolidating payroll changes/variables to submit them for processing. Executing validation and reconciliation, preparing control reports for critical data/processes. Posting all payments processed to accounting. Preparing manual bookings as necessary and assisting Accounting Operations with regular reconciliations. Providing reporting to finance partners such as GLs, cash forecasts, and similar. Offering overall support to HR and related departments (pension, FI/CO, commission, insurance, etc.). Submitting internal payroll reports to management/leadership and other stakeholders. Assisting with audits of internal records, workers’ compensation, tax filings, related documentation, and other compliance work. Payroll Projects Participate in specific HR projects that impact payroll processes and can improve current practices.
