Tax Strategy Director for M&A & Planning (Atlanta)

Home Depot is seeking a Tax Director to lead a team of tax professionals and serve as a strategic advisor to Tax leadership and business partners. The role oversees tax planning, audit defense, M&A, and other special projects, translating complex tax issues for technical and non-technical audiences.

The position requires strong technical tax expertise, executive presence, and the ability to lead through influence across Tax, Finance, Legal, Accounting, Treasury, and external advisors.
