We are currently recruiting for a Front Office Administrative Assistant for our Surgery Center in Sandy Springs, GA.
This is a full time position, Monday - Thursday 7:30 - 4:30, and Fridays 7:30 - 11:30 (no Friday afternoons or weekends).

Position involves insurance precertification of surgical procedures, greeting patients at front desk, initiating paperwork and check-in process, collection of copays, calculation of coinsurances, answering questions and concerns, and assisting with answering phones and scheduling of appointments.

Requires GREAT customer service skills, and must work well in a team environment.

Medical benefits paid by employer for all employees that work on average 30 hours a week or more. Additional benefits also available, including a robust 401k plan with employer match available for all employees, after only 3 months of employment, regardless of full or part time hours.
