Job Overview As a Healthcare Operations Manager (Facility Administrator) at DaVita, you’ll be part of a team that values work‑life balance and where your personal and professional growth is a top priority. This role requires an ambitious, operationally‑focused, results‑driven leader who will directly impact patient care as the trusted front‑line leader in an outpatient clinic setting. Health‑care experience is not required. Responsibilities Patients come first: build relationships with patients, continuously improve their health through clinical goal setting and quality improvement initiatives. Lead and mentor a cross‑functional clinical team to deliver the best care for patients, teammates, and community. Financial Management: manage the clinic’s operation and performance, adhere to the budget, forecast expenses, manage vendor relationships, order supplies, and monitor compliance. Work autonomously while receiving support and guidance from the director, regional peers, and the greater company. Foster entrepreneurial improvement initiatives. Maintain a positive workplace culture and reward team members for demonstrating shared values and behaviors. Partner with the Regional Operations Director to identify and address employee and patient concerns, driving toward regional goals and standards. Requirements Associate’s degree required; Bachelor’s degree in a related field strongly preferred. Minimum of one year of management experience (health‑care, business, or military) or equivalent renal experience at the discretion of the Division Vice President and/or Regional Operations Director. Current license to practice as a Registered Nurse if required by state of employment. Current CPR certification required (or required within 60 days of hire). Intermediate computer skills and proficiency in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook required. Collaboration skills critical for success in this role. Salary Information Salary Range for the role is $92,000–$144,000 per year. Facility Administrator I: $92,000–$115,000 per year. Minimum wage and exempt status vary by location (details provided on DaVita.jobs/WageRates). Compensation will depend on qualifications, skills, competencies, and experience.
