Define product vision, strategy, roadmap, and feature priorities aligned with business goals. Lead and influence cross-functional, matrixed teams (technology, business, vendors) of up to 20+ resources. Manage scope, budget, timelines, financial forecasts, and delivery governance for complex programs. Drive requirements, design, integration, testing, and release planning for enterprise systems. Perform impact analysis on existing technologies and processes to enable effective change. Act as the primary stakeholder communicator, clearly articulating the "why" and "what" of the product. Build strong relationships with internal teams, senior stakeholders, and external vendors. Oversee vendor selection, contract management, renewals, and performance. Ensure compliance with regulatory, risk, and third-party review requirements. Inspire, coach, and develop high-performing teams while promoting continuous improvement. Own the complete product delivery lifecycle from idea to implementation and post-release optimization.
