Job Description

Job Summary:
Seeking a licensed Medical Technologist/Clinical Lab Scientist to perform laboratory testing and analysis. This role requires flexibility to work weekends and rotating shifts, ensuring comprehensive laboratory services.

Responsibilities:

Conduct precise laboratory tests according to established protocols.
Analyze and interpret diagnostic results to support clinical decision-making.
Maintain accuracy and quality control throughout all testing procedures.
Ensure compliance with safety and regulatory standards in the laboratory environment.
Collaborate with healthcare professionals to deliver timely and reliable lab findings.

Qualifications:

Hold a valid license to work as a Medical Technologist/Clinical Lab Scientist in Hawaii.
Demonstrate proficiency in laboratory testing, instrumentation, and quality assurance.
Possess strong attention to detail and analytical skills.
Ability to work effectively in a rotating shift schedule, including weekends.
Prior experience in a clinical laboratory setting is preferred.
