Nice to Have Skills & Experience Experience in financial services or other regulated industries Familiarity with tools such as: Black Duck, Artifactory, Nexus, ProGet, SBOM platforms Background in audit, compliance, and regulatory programs Experience building scalable governance and security enforcement models Job Description We are seeking a seasoned Sr. Program Manager to lead complex, cross-functional cybersecurity initiatives focused on Application Security (AppSec), Software Supply Chain Security, and DevSecOps. This role will drive execution across Product, Architecture, Engineering, Security, and Operations teams while delivering scalable governance, risk reduction, and compliance outcomes. Key Responsibilities Lead multiple enterprise-level OSS and software supply chain security initiatives Drive end-to-end execution across: SCA governance CI/CD security controls Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure strong alignment and delivery Manage program governance including: Roadmaps RAID management Executive reporting Partner with engineering teams to operationalize policy-driven security controls Translate technical initiatives into business-aligned outcomes tied to risk reduction and audit readiness Drive Organizational Change Management (OCM) strategies to support adoption of security controls Lead change readiness, training, and adoption across engineering teams Executive Communication & Governance Present program updates to senior leadership and governance forums Proactively elevate risks, blockers, and compliance concerns Drive cross-functional decision-making and alignment Develop executive-level narratives around software supply chain security and risk maturity Establish communication strategies to drive adoption and awareness of security initiatives Compensation $65-75hr Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education.
